Remedial and Sports massage is specifically focused on treating musculo-skeletal dysfunction and injury using deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, stretching and other advanced techniques. Consultations may include a postural assessment and ongoing rehabilitation programmes to address acute and chronic muscular problems.

Deep Tissue & Therapuetic Massage

Therapists apply a range of firm, soothing and deep tissue massage techniques to release muscles and deeply held tension in the body.  Time spent in the treatment can be focussed on full body or addressing specific areas of concern.  Often the most intense deep tissue treatments can also result in profound relaxation and healing.

Pregnancy Massage

Hawaiian Hot Stone Massage

 Following the same principles as Hawaiian Lomi Lomi massage, hot stones are applied to muscles using flowing, smooth strokes through to deep tissue bodywork. This allows both physical and energetic blockages to release, inducing a deep sense of relaxation, peace and balance.

Shiatsu Massage

 Using thumbs, palms, knees or feet a practitioner applies pressure to specific energy points and meridians within the body to stimulate and restore health. Chinese Massage

 A remedial style massage that clears, stimulates and releases energy along the meridans and acupressure points in the body, to bring about general wellbeing as well as address muscular tension.  Techniques can include cupping, Gua Sha (spooning), pressure points, as well as Chinese massage using oil.
