Alison Hickey has studied Advanced Mediumship and Spiritual Healing and has strengthened her connection with Spirit through meditation. Her class is centred on guided meditations with the aim of receiving insight and opening your connection with Spirit. The group will also do a fun and uplifting spiritual exercise together – this may include card readings, aura reading, psychometry, mandalas, chanting, or another new technique each week.
